I haven't ridden a bicycle outside in years.  Maybe a decade.  But I miss it.  And I remember that feeling when I was a kid of being on a bike.  For the first time, I had some kind of independence.  I could get from A to B on my own terms.  Now, these plastic molded bikes are no BMX or 10 speed but they're a start.  And the kids absolutely love them.   So off to the Botanical Gardens we trekked with bikes thrown in the back of the car so the kids could have some roads free of traffic on which to roam.   Beep beep!
