Charlie is really coming into his own and blooming as a strong, little personality. He is a real ham - always trying to make his friends and parents laugh. He is constantly moving - spinning around on one foot, climbing high on unstable objects, singing/shouting, kicking a ball, kicking another ball, asking you to watch him kick a ball, building sculptures out of little stools, pushing himself rapidly along on his little red bike, running around the table ("can't catch me, Daddy!"), hiding under the table or behind the curtains ("can't find me, Daddy"), begging to be dipped in the pool in mid-February, finally having a dry day during potty training, counting to ten in French and English, singing the whole of "Old MacDonald" at top volume, playing nicely with this sister/playing not so nicely with his sister, thumping into our room too early in the morning ("I'm all wet, Daddy - feel it!"), and generally inflating our lives to a bigger, more roomy and happy size.
