oh christmas tree

We wanted to make sure that our little cub had a Christmas tree but we didn't want one that she would pull on top of her or one she might try and climb (because she climbs almost everything) so we bought a little one just taller than she which lives on our dining room table. She's pretty rapt by it when the lights are on ("liiiiights") or just when she sees the sparkly decorations ("baaalll"). It'll be a good Christmas. Just the three of us and we'll be missing friends and family but we have a lot to be grateful for this year so it'll be a happy one.
