We let Schuyler open a gift the day before Christmas. This was obviously more for the parental thrill than her own but she really dug the unwrapping of the present. I think her ideal day would be opening a present that we then rewrap for her. Rinse, lather, repeat. We never showed her how to open presents but, man, is she ever a pro.
