If there is ever any doubt about who Charlie's dad is, just check the feet. Our people apparently come from a long line of tree-dwelling humanoids whose feet were adapted for perching... or typing. Most people have a grasp reflex in their hands. This kid comes with a full on grasp reflex in the feet. Charlie, people may kid you about your toes but I can vouch for them coming in handy as a father when you have a newborn screaming baby in your hands and you need to pick up something off the floor without putting the baby down. They make me proud to be your dad.
