Babies are apparently better than adults at recognizing faces - even when it is the face from another species (which explains her interest in my face in particular). She has also developed an interest in phrenology or at least a very strong impulse to grab and handle heads (much to the consternation of those wearing expensive eyeglasses... Sarah Palin beware!).
