Schuyler still likes to help out with anything to do with Charllie (although she does occasionally express her dismay at the new diversion of attention toward something other than her). She is often accompanied by one of her own two kids (Dee Dee and Alexandra - la poupee has fallen out of favor of late). In this case, Alexandra is in attendance.

The mornings are a great time for us. We've got the hustle down to a finely tuned schedule and Charlie does his part by finding it within himself to be "cheerful" and just chill in his chair while we get our stuff done. He's definitely a morning person, very smiley in the a.m.

ninja baby

So one morning liz and I were lying in bed and I was playing with Charlie and holding him up with my hands under his arms. In his hunched position he just looked like a shaolin monk. So we played around with that and here is our dumb result... Ninja baby.

the bermybaby kids

Schuyler finally gets her wish to hold her baby brother (who seems less than excited about the endeavor). This photo shoot lasted roughly five minutes.

poser

Not to be outdone by his sister's acting stylings, master Charles hits the runway with a few moves of his own:
Show me "ecstatic"

Show me "mild bemusement"

Show me "wonder"

Show me "huh?"

baby faces

This is Schuyler's first acting lesson. Schuyler's mum was going through a book on baby faces and expressions. Below is Schuyler's rendition of the various emotions.

Shown me "surprised"
show me "angry"
show me "laughing"

too funny

In her constant effort to understand her new surroundings and bond with mama, Schuyler uses a neck pillow as a boppy to attempt to feed her poupee like mama does.

Schuyler loves controlling her world- especially since it was turned upside down with the arrival of Master Charles. Part of this effort is an obsession with cameras. The camera she has appropriated was actually her dad's but since he lost hers while they were searching for turtles it seems only fair that she have his. Her favorite subject seems to be her little brother.
