No glass slipper, but if the shoe fits...

The Bermuda Aquarium is more than just a museum, aquarium and zoo - it's a fully functioning day care (supervision not included).

air travel

Daddy and Schuyler slept on the flight.

But before we took off, Schuyler made sure she knew what to do in the unlikely event of an emergency.

And, we're back home...

the journey home begins

On the way to Boston, care of Chauffeur Flip.

Playing on the 'scenic' wharf of the airport hotel in Beantown.

Admiring the view of the runway (which, strangely, made her giggle) from our hotel room.

at the kids table

Schuyler had a lot of little firsts at the lakehouse. Here, she was dining Chez Tallwood with Maeve and Cameron with Brian as Maitre d' on the fine cuisine of cheeseburger (which she was surprisingly taken with). She then saw the Big Kids drinking out of mugs and kept asking for one. Nan found a cappuccino cup which was about Schuyler's size and to our surprise, Schuyler managed to drink some water out of it without spilling the entire contents on her dress and chair. Luckily, Nan was kind enough to gift this little blue mug to Schuyler.

water games

Schuyler absolutely LOVED her boat ride on "Lean Times".

Playing with Maeve on the dock, they both seemed to find the regular bucket more fun than the pool.

great seating

Wow, Nan really knows what she is doing with this furniture!

a new friend

Schuyler has never really had a doll so it was interesting to see what she did when she found one at the lake. She loved putting it to sleep. Although the way that she put the covers on the doll looked like the doll had gone for the Big Sleep.
